Chronic Relief & Mobility Plan
This experience combines steady pressure and trigger point technique therapy to help release tension in targeted areas, enhancing flexibility, reducing pain, and restoring balance. It’s perfect for individuals dealing with chronic discomfort or limited movement in specific areas. The plan includes two 90min sessions, with an assessment to evaluate range of motion and posture deviations. This is a treatment-based massage, and for optimal results, multiple sessions are necessary.

Hello my name is Raj, and as a God-loving woman and Certified Massage Therapist, Neuromuscular Therapist student, and Health Educator, my mobile spa service is rooted in fostering the flow between mind and body, body and spirit, inspiring a life of vibrant health and better movement.
My approach is rooted in presence. Staying present during each session is essential to creating meaningful, lasting results. Presence creates a safe, nurturing space where clients can truly relax and let go. I pay close attention to the sensations under my hands—the warmth of the body, the tension or release in the muscles, and how they respond to my touch. Communication is key—I listen carefully to my clients’ goals and ask thoughtful questions that support their progress and guide the session with intention.
This mindful connection allows me to intuitively adapt, using effective techniques that flow with the client’s needs—creating a deeply personalized and therapeutic experience.
